Absolutely loved my stay! Everything was fantastic, and I honestly couldn't think of anything that needs improvement. Highly satisfied with the overall experience.

The service was very good with a quiet atmosphere. The dining room served a wide range of meals for breakfast. The venue was in a central location close enough to a better run establishment in the UK, and Pulteney Bridge which is very pretty.

The stay here was good on a Saturday night. The room was tastefully decorated with great facilties and the staff caring and top-class. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, not far from the Center of town and the bridge from the city centre, in a cozy area.

The place is newly remodelled, the staff are service-minded and hard-working.

The property offers a cosy vibes in the heart of Bath. It takes 15 mins by foot to the bus stop. The room is brand-new and contemporary with very clean bed.

The booked room was great value and stylish with 2 single beds & a lovely well appointed bathroom. The location was incredibly comfortable and handy for Bath, next to central attractions and the shops, "any white lined bay" and tourist destinations. Fast food restaurant Cornish Bakehouse was located 5 minutes walk away.

Booked a room with a balcony overlooking the back garden. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. The services were very good.

Liked this first-rate accommodation with hugely helpful and very friendly staff at the reception desk. I got complimentary double room with a bath as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was magnificent, for example, a public art museum was at a moderate distance from the hotel. The breakfast was varied and substantial, the check in was fast. Could use concierge service free of charge, that's nice.

The accommodation had a very central location to attractions & shops. Exceptional service, as the staff were welcoming and polite.

The location was excellent and perfect in a central part of the town & just off City sights and shops as well as the wonderful Henrietta House. It was close to The Pump Room Restaurant, where you can have lunch.

The rooms were a nice size with breakfasts included, the staff were hard-working! The property was in the heart of the city.

Liked a really really nice stay with lovely and beautiful location to Baths beautiful attractions and a breakfast included. Well presented and well-kept room, besides I had a great view of the garden. There was hugely helpful and very helpful staff and the service was great. I recommend the place.

The breakfast was lovely and delightful with home-made bread and fresh fruit and real orange juice, exceptional service. The check-in was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet overall.
